Shippable Orders

If a package is lost or damaged while in transit:

All shippable products (books & merchandise) can be refunded, replaced, or returned- free of cost.

In all other instances, besides loss or damage:

A return shipping label will be emailed, and shipping cost for the return label will be deducted from the refund. The purchase (with return shipping cost deducted) will be refunded upon receipt of the returned package.

Downloadable Orders

All digital, downloadable resources are non-refundable. Please check the description and preview closely before purchasing all downloadable teaching materials (to ensure that the resource is for your specific grade level, etc.)

Service-Based Orders
