Description
This project is perfect for teaching point of view during the month of Halloween or any time of year, and can also be used during distance learning. Students choose a favorite character from a story they have read. They produce a written book report, do an oral presentation where they speak from their character’s p.o.v., and create a mask (which they wear during the presentation).
This resource includes:
– Ready to print project directions (can be sent home to families if being assigned as a home project)
-Common Core-aligned question prompts for the written report
-A grading rubric for the written report and oral presentation
-Lists of the multiple Common Core standards that this project covers in the areas of Reading: Literature, Writing, Language, and Speaking and Listening. Lists are provided for first, second, and third grades.
-An EDITABLE VERSION of the directions and rubric to customize to fit the needs of your class
-A Google Slides DIGITAL VERSION for teachers who would like to assign the project for distance learning

Returns Policy
Shippable Orders
If a package is lost or damaged while in transit:
All shippable products (books & merchandise) can be refunded, replaced, or returned- free of cost.
In all other instances, besides loss or damage:
A return shipping label will be emailed, and shipping cost for the return label will be deducted from the refund. The purchase (with return shipping cost deducted) will be refunded upon receipt of the returned package.

Downloadable Orders
All digital, downloadable resources are non-refundable. Please check the description and preview closely before purchasing all downloadable teaching materials (to ensure that the resource is for your specific grade level, etc.)
