After reading aloud the picture book Collaboration Station, these slides can be used to introduce/review your routines and behavior expectations for partner work and small groups.
Through text connections to the read aloud, these slides contain discussion questions designed to guide collaborative conversations with your class. It serves as a powerful way of setting a strong foundation for effective teamwork in the classroom.
You might use this resource for mini lessons (just focusing on specific slides on different days, or throughout various times of the school year). Or you could do a full lesson with most or all of the slides at once, as a complete introduction or review for collaborative learning.
